On 4 December 2025, AVENEW Development signed an agreement with Marriott International to bring The St. Regis Residences to Dubai Islands — a seafront project set among the beach promenades and golf courses of the emirate's newest waterfront district. St Regis by AVENEW is the first St. Regis address on the archipelago.
The development comprises approximately 250 ultra-luxury homes: a considered mix of one to four-bedroom residences and penthouses, arranged so that the water is the first thing you see and the last thing you leave. Residents have a private beach, resort-style pools, a wellness centre and dining venues held to the brand's own standard.
Completion is scheduled for 2031. Ownership is freehold, open to buyers of every nationality, with title registered at the Dubai Land Department.
